“I seek to have a gender free human experience.

Let me be clear: I am not coming out as trans nor agender nor any other gender identity than cis. I respect and love those who go on that journey and come to the understanding of their incongruence with a gender that was foisted upon them by people who saw a penis or vagina and just made assumptions. But that is not me. I was identified as a boy, and am now identified as a man, and that remains as who I am.

But, I will say that I am so wholly exhausted with the modern, predominantly american (yeah, we don’t deserve capital letters right now) understanding of gender. I am so wholly exhausted by this “your clothing is gendered and must match my understanding of your genitals,” “you are a man and experience emotions and wins and losses differently because your penis and testicles have a magical power over your human experience,” and “women are delicate flowers incapable of protecting themselves, so I have to stop trans people from using public bathrooms” bullshit, pseudo-science view of what gender truly is.
